Cancellations & Rescheduling
​We understand that things come up, however a cancellation policy of 50% of the scheduled appointment will be charged at time of cancellation, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time. A same day cancellation or "no show" will result in 100% charge at the scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals
​Late arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time have no guarantee of scheduled service and may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Adjustments
​We always do our best to ensure both stylist and salon guest are on the same page, but
miscommunications happen. Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of the service.
